Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are handled and refunds are issued for the services provided by SMS ENVOCLEAN Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is a part of our main Terms and Conditions. By using our Services, you agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- GENERAL PRINCIPLE
Our focus is on providing high-quality, reliable services to our clients. This policy is designed to be transparent and fair. As we provide services that often involve upfront costs, planning, and resource allocation, our ability to provide refunds is limited. Fees paid for services are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy. - CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official contact email address. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to harshal.patil@smsl.co.in. Your email must include:
- Your full name and/or company name.
- Your account username or customer ID.
- The specific service you wish to cancel.
- A brief reason for the cancellation.
Verbal cancellation requests will not be honored. The cancellation will be effective from the date we confirm receipt of your written request.
2.2. Cancellation of Subscription Services
For recurring services, such as access to our Billing Management System mobile application or other monthly/annual service plans: - You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (e.g., at the end of the current month or year).
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
- We will not charge you for any subsequent billing cycles after the effective cancellation date.
2.3. Cancellation of One-Time Services
For one-time or project-based services (e.g., specific cleaning projects, consulting, or event-related services): - Cancellation by You: If you cancel a scheduled one-time service more than 48 hours before the service is due to commence, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and preparatory costs. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the service start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as operational issues or safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to either reschedule the service at no additional cost or provide a full refund for the cancelled service.
- REFUND POLICY
3.1. Subscription Services
Fees for subscription services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Any partial subscription periods.
- Any period of inactivity or non-use of the Services while your subscription is active.
- Subscription fees paid in advance (e.g., an annual plan), except at our sole discretion.
3.2. One-Time Services
Refunds for one-time services will be handled as follows: - If a service is cancelled by you in accordance with section 2.3, any applicable refund will be processed minus a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered or are in the process of being rendered.
3.3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances, at our sole discretion: - Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver a service for which you have paid, you may be entitled to a full refund for that specific service.
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the amount of the error. Please notify us of any billing discrepancies within 30 days of the charge.
- Service Dissatisfaction: While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction with our services. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us at harshal.patil@smsl.co.in to discuss the issue. We may offer service credits or other remedies as a gesture of goodwill, but this is not guaranteed.
- REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the approval date. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the transaction. We are not responsible for any bank charges or processing fees that may be deducted by your financial institution. - MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy. - CONTACT US
